Riddle me this

It is quite astonishing how unintelligent they must be. This is a thought-provoking matter. Consider this puzzle... they assert that Andy had scratches, implying they were defensive wounds (which I, being a nurse, know is a rash). So, why was there female DNA found under the nails, while Andy's DNA was completely absent... rather peculiar, don't you agree? I am curious to see what images they took of the mother and other family members bodys and if they were taken (which whether there were scratches or no scratches images should of been taken like in any investigation when a person is in the same house ) why weren't they submitted into evidence and taken in to trial ? Why did no one mention this and how again is this overlooked ?
